Before living in Kenya, Rob was an entrepreneur who began a technology consultancy in Canada, specialising in implementing IT infrastructure projects within the financial and pharmaceutical industries.

As an executive in the private sector and CEO of a global aid organization, she has experienced two fundamentally different approaches. Now, she aims to merge the best of both worlds. At Impacc, she applies business tools to development aid, empowering innovative entrepreneurs in Africa. Served on the CDSC board for 12 years, demonstrating a strong passion for governance. Held key roles at Microsoft, Kodak, and the Government of Kenya (1997–2019) while successfully founding and managing a Kodak Franchise for Business Imaging Systems and two Kodak Express Photo Studios.

As Clinical Operations Manager, she drives strategic growth, ensuring accountability for clinical operations and fostering collaboration with partners, government, and communities. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from Kenya Methodist University, she excels in risk management, income growth, and project oversight. As Director of Nursing, she leads a strong team, developing talent and promoting a shared sense of purpose. Dr. Meggie Mwoka is a versatile global health specialist with a seven-year track record in research, public and social sectors, addressing complex health challenges in Africa. Skilled in strategic problem-solving, client advisory, and project management, she has successfully led initiatives that have improved healthcare access and quality. Driven by data and a commitment to social impact, she leverages public and private partnerships to implement innovative strategies. She is a UNLEASH SDG talent, a Nairobi Global Shaper, and a recipient of the Distinguished Leadership Among Young Women Doctors award from the African Medical Women International Association.

Dr. Kibet is a Lecturer at the University of Nairobi's College of Health Sciences, with over 11 years of experience in academia. Previously, he served as a Lecturer at KEMRI for seven years and as Deputy Director at the KEMRI Walter Reed Project in Kericho. With expertise in molecular biology and data analysis, he has been endorsed by colleagues for his contributions to research and education. His work focuses on advancing health sciences through teaching, mentorship, and research.

Albert Langat is a seasoned and impact - driven Senior Business Development Manager with a strong focus on building strategic partnerships, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing healthcare access through technology. At Jiji Health, he specializes in expanding innovative digital health solutions—such as the Blood Management Information System (BMIS), Rafiki360 Hospital Management System, and Bydii e-learning platform—from concept to widespread adoption across African healthcare markets.
